• To ensure the peace and quiet of our guests we only receive children from 18 years old

Cancellation Policy Chambres d’Hotes (B&B)
Booking a lodging for overnight stays is "leisure time" and is therefore an exception to the Distance Buying Act. This type of service (overnight stays) is one of the exceptions for remote purchases, for which there is no ‘consideration time’. Therefore, in principle, you are not entitled to a refund of the booking amount if you cancel your stay. The service charges are and will remain due upon cancellation.
We recommend that you enrol in a cancellation insurance plan for your stay with us. For more information we refer you to your own insurance company.

Payment / Cancellation policy Cottages (Gites)
Your reservation will be confirmed once 50% of the booking amount has been transferred to the account below within 5 days of the initial booking date. Eight weeks before your arrival date, the final 50% of the booking sum is due
A one-off cleaning fee of € 50.- is to be paid on departure.

And last but not least:
Included in the rental price is electricity for domestic use only
